Altair Ventures Inc.

Altair Ventures is a junior gold exploration company which went public in August 2006. It has acquired two projects in Alaska and Mexico with the potential to host large mineralised systems.

The CJ property in Alaska contains four past-producing high grade gold mines and Altair is earning up to a 75% interest from Full Metal Minerals (TSX-V: FMM). At the 11,942 hectare San Antonio gold-copper project in Mexico, Altair can earn a 70% interest from Great Panther Resources (TSX: GPR). Both projects are at the drill stage.

Altair's management team has the geological, financial and marketing capability to create significant shareholder value. Using this expertise and taking advantage of the current bull market in gold, Altair is aggressively seeking a larger property with a defined precious metals resource where the Company can add value through further exploration and development.
